Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of our chocolates, you may return it to us for a refund. 

Return Policy Overview

For a refund, you must return two (2) of the four (4) chocolates, in an unused and completely new condition. After we provide instructions, you'll need to send these two chocolates back to our facility in their original unused condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned chocolates, confirming they meet our standards, we will proceed with your refund.

RETURNS

All returns of our chocolate boxes must be postmarked within fourteen (30) days of the purchase date. Upon our instruction, any remaining chocolates must also be returned in their original condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email customer service at locococouk@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the chocolates securely in their original packaging (if available), we will then provide you the returns address to send back the package.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return, we will process your refund minus the return shipping fee. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective, damaged or melted products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or replacement. We will require sufficient proof that the items have arrived defected.
